Interoperability issues between vehicles, stations, and backend systems often prevent charging despite technical readiness. Public charging field tests performed by P3 across Europe, involving over 20,000 DC sessions, show an average customer charging success rate of 80% in 2024, far below the idealized uptime values. To close this gap, a new KPI— Charging Success Index—is needed to measure actual charging success from the user's perspective and provide a more accurate picture of infrastructure reliability for the industry.

Hubject Financial Services (HFS) will present a live, interactive demonstration of its financial service product - intercharge PAYMENT in a testing environment, showcasing three major functional domains: CDR Rating, Invoicing, and Clearance. Together, these domains provide the complete journey for our Charge Point Operator (CPO) partners—managing the entire financial process from setting VAT and CDR rules, real-time CDR price calculations, and generating invoices, to sending them to EMPs after approval, receiving payments, and distributing payouts to CPOs' own/sub-partner accounts.
