These terms apply to access and use of chargalytics.com and related services operated by Incremental AS. By using the platform, you accept these terms.

2. Access and Accounts
Access is subscription-based. You are responsible for account security, access control and use under your account. Seat sharing beyond your plan is not permitted.
3. Data and Platform Content
Platform content includes datasets, visualizations, map layers, models, metrics, rankings, reports, screenshots and derived insights shown in the product.
4. Restricted Use (Important)
- No scraping, crawling, harvesting or automated extraction of platform material without prior written consent from Incremental AS.
- No bulk download, replication or building a mirrored dataset from content shown in the platform without written permission.
- No resale, sublicensing, redistribution, republishing or commercial re-packaging of data or insights obtained from the platform unless explicitly licensed.
- No use of the platform to compete with, reverse engineer, or reconstruct Chargalytics proprietary datasets and models.
5. API and Integrations
API access, if enabled on your plan, is subject to separate limits and license terms. API credentials must not be shared with third parties.
6. Availability and Liability
Data is provided on a best-effort basis and may contain delays or source errors. Except where required by law, services are provided “as is” and liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected subscription period.
7. Enforcement
We may suspend access for suspected abuse, unauthorized extraction, or license violations. We reserve the right to pursue legal remedies for misuse of platform content.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes shall be handled by Norwegian courts unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
