Data sources

Chargalytics builds on data published by public bodies around the world. This page names every source we use, the licence it is published under where the publisher states one, and the credit the publisher asks for.

Traffic counts

The average daily traffic (AADT) on the map's road traffic layer, in station details and in location scores comes from the road authorities below. We match their counts to road segments and fill the stretches between counters, so the values we show are our own processing of their data. They are not official figures, and the publishers do not endorse them.
