Bio
Aurélien de Meaux is a French entrepreneur, co-founder and CEO of Electra, the French leader in ultra-fast charging stations for electric vehicles. Since its launch in 2020, Electra has raised over 1 billion euros and currently operates over 750 charging sites (~4,500 charging points) across Europe. The company aims to deploy 2,200 stations, or 15,000 charging points in Europe by 2030. Prior to founding Electra, Aurélien co-founded Cheerz, a startup specialized in photo printing, which had sales of 50 million euros when he sold the company to CEWE. Aurélien holds a degree in economics from Exeter University and an MSc in management from emlyon business school.
