Ryan leads research on Charging Infrastructure at BloombergNEF. He covers the technology, policy and economic factors shaping the sector and how its evolution will affect the transport and utility industries. Ryan authors research on the status of the industry, financial analysis and forecasts. He regularly contributes to Bloomberg’s Hyperdrive column with opinions and analysis from his research. Prior to joining BloombergNEF, Ryan worked at Jaguar Land Rover for five years, working on their electrification and mobility strategies. Ryan holds a master’s degree in Automotive Technology from the University of Warwick and a degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Liverpool. ‍
